4.  Feedback provided by the Provider is a to be viewed as a helpful resource.  Any suggestions, advice, or direction that may be inferred from responses by Provider are simply tools to be used as the Consumer deems appropriate much like one would treat information in a self-help book.

5.  e.Coaching is unique, new and innovative.  Although the goals of in-person counseling and e.Coaching are similar, and yet undetermined how effective e.Coaching will actually be.  The Provider does, however, intend to offer the Consumer with the most helpful, constructively challenging, and supportive feedback possible, with the intention of positively impacting the life and well-being of the Consumer.

6.   Both parties are free to terminate the e.Coaching relationship at any time, for any reason.  Unused funds that have not expired will be refunded accordingly.  All pre-purchased exchanges are good for one year following the date of purchase.  In the almost unheard of event that the Provider determines it is in the Consumer’s best interest to cease the e.Coaching relationship, the Provider agrees to refund prepaid exchanges upon the Consumer's request to cancel additional exchanges.

7.  All prices are based on an “EXCHANGE.”  An “Exchange” includes: one consumer e-mail (Called an “Inquiry”) sent to Provider with a maximum of 500 words (5 cents a word for each word beyond 500 – charges are automatically assigned for emails containing over 500 words), and one Provider response (called a “Response”) with a minimum of 300 words to be included.

The Consumer has read and comprehended the above stated agreements.  It is understood by the Consumer that e.Coaching is not mental health treatment.  Consumer is aware that the Provider is based in Indianapolis , Indiana and is governed by the law accordingly.  Consumer agrees that e.Coaching is best utilized for life stressors that do not pose any risk to the Consumer’s safety or well-being.  Specifically, the Consumer agrees that major mental health concerns such as:  severe anxiety, major depression, substance abuse, chronic mental illness, or other mental health conditions which warrant treatment and diagnosis are not best addressed through e.Coaching.  In the event in-person psychotherapy is needed, it is the Consumer’s responsibility to seek necessary care.  In the event you are currently in counseling with a therapist, it is advisable that you discuss your participation in e.Coaching with him or her.
