This is the fourth workshop
available in a four-part series on healthy relationships for
same-sex couples. The material in this workshop is based on the book
by Michele O'Mara, Love
Tips and Trips for Gay and Lesbian Relationships.
Our relationships serve
as an investment - an investment of ourselves in our future. How we
plan for, care for, and maintain this investment will determine our life's
satisfaction more significantly than most anything else. How much
thought and consideration have you put into the investment you make in
your relationship? Do you know where you want your life to go, and
whether or not the relationship you have chosen, or might choose, is going
to assist you in living this life?
This workshop in
the four-part series will address our understanding of our own life
goals, the role our relationships play in achieving these, and offer
insights and guidance about whether or not the relationships we choose are
right for us.
HGLR 104 will answer the following questions:
- What is the goal of a healthy relationship?
- How do I know if I am in the right
relationship for my life?
- What do I need to know to sustain a healthy
relationship once I find one?
- How do I keep love alive?
