The
goals of Life Transformation (LT) Coaching are to assist gender variant
individuals in clarifying, planning and mastering critical aspects of
their lives within their preferred gender. Please note that this
is not a substitute for mental health counseling. This is an
important supplement to mental health counseling for persons pursuing a

By effectively working in partnership with the LT Coach, an individual
can define the physical (appearance), behavioral and social gaps between
their preferred gender-authentic self and current self in order to
choose gap-closing goals, create targeted development plans, take
appropriate and effective action and engage the LT Coach, where needed,
in the development and skill building process.
